Duties

Customers out with UK/NI.

All packages will be sent DDU (also sometimes known as DAP), which means when your package arrives, the courier will contact you for payment of any import duties and taxes. Any deliveries returned because of unpaid duties and taxes will have £8/€10 deducted from the refund made for the value of the goods purchased on receipt of the returned package to cover handling costs.

When will my order be sent?

We will usually dispatch your order the same day if received by 11am, Monday to Friday.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are often picked, packed and dispatched within 1 hour of the order being placed, excluding evenings and weekends, so it is not always possible to cancel an order. In the first instance, please call us on 0131 331 2908 and we will advise if cancellation is possible. If the order has already been processed then the customer must return the goods, or refuse delivery. Please see 'RETURNS' section of our website on how to return your order. If we can cancel your order, or if they are returned, we will arrange a refund via your original payment method.
